COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to the global COVID-19 situation, they have been subject to a price increase.
Please allow up to 10 days of shipping delay which is beyond our control. Most air freight is canceled and delayed due to a shortage of flights globally.
Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated at this time and we hope the situation will change soon.

At MAKALO we work on shipments to Costa Rica with Fedex, please allow 2 business days for processing before your order ships and 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. PST will not begin processing until the next business day.
We have added a second Fedex Overnight option for $ 40 USD Please note that orders must be placed before 9:30 AM. PST for same day shipping. Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. PST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends.
MAKALO is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen during transit / delivery. Costumer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be responsible for charges incurred for returned orders for inaccurate delivery information.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return and redelivery.
