These are our return and exchange policies, it will always be important for us to help you as long as our established return policies are complained. 

WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR MAKALO, THIS IS WHY WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• Changes are made within 10 business days after the package has been delivered (only for international clients). If more than the established time has passed we will not be able to change your order. 

• All items must come with internal and external labels and must not be subjected to washing, use or alterations in their original condition. These products will be subject to a detailed inspection once received. If these terms are not met, the change will be automatically denied.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

• Please note that if any of the items returned are damaged, dirty, or included with our standards and exchange policies after our inspection, the items will be automatically sent to the customer at the expense of the customer and a refund / exchange / credit will not be issued of the store.

• We make changes in size or model. No money returns.

• Thongs, bodysuits, whole or leggings are not changed for hygienic reasons.

• SALE & SAMPLE SALE. The items in sale or sample sale have no changes.

• GIFTS. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

* We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the previous return requirements.
